Now that is important, after the free meet and greet, I offer you a fitness assessment where I will note your current physical condition. Including measurements, strength and endurance tests and from there build you a customised fitness program based on your individual goals.
My main gym is McFit Vio Plaza, however I have access to all McFits throughout Vienna and can meet you in the McFit of your choice.
